At a time when many construction companies are feeling the effects of the economic downturn, Hi-Tech Property Services Ltd are celebrating their recent move to brand new, larger premises on the Davis way Industrial Estate Fareham. Continued growth has facilitated this exciting move, such growth has been built on creating a defined niche in the marketplace as specialists for working in controlled environments and competitive tendering.

With 30 years experience in the building industry Gary Waterman founded Hi-Tech 6 years ago to undertake building and refurbishment projects throughout Hampshire. Hi-Tech currently employ 25-35 staff directly, and sub-contract many more locally based, skilled workers. Steady development of the company’s reputation and successful completion of a competitive tender process has lead Hi-Tech to winning contracts for local authorities and home improvement agencies within the Hampshire and West Sussex areas.

The new contracts award shows our clients faith in Hi-Tech's proven ability to undertake work in the region’s commercial buildings including occupied dwellings, whilst minimising disruption.

We pride ourselves on delivering excellent service on complex projects. We often work in sensitive areas, fully occupied buildings that remain in full operational use during the project, and where sensitivity to users or occupiers is essential.

The premises that Hi-Tech have relocated to are fantastic and meet our needs perfectly, it houses new offices with the latest IT equipment for all our future requirements. Within our new warehouse we hold stock of up to £50,000 of general building materials as well as specialist 1, off items.
